Please note these additional requirements for these courses.

  1. Students are admitted to the BA in Theology with Ministerial Formation or Chaplaincy (and the Diploma HE and the Certificate HE) on the basis of academic qualifications and suitability for ministerial training. (See Marks for Ministry)
  2. All ministerial applicants are invited to an Interview Day for a series of interviews to discern their suitability for the course.
  3. It is a requirement of the above courses that a suitable placement is arranged before the commencement of the course.
  4. All ministerial students will be required to have an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.

Language requirement:

If your first language is not English or you are not a UK-citizen, we require you to take an IELTS (academic). The score required is an average of 6.5; the score for reading and writing bands must be 6.5.
