Sarah was born in Croydon and raised locally. On leaving school, Sarah went into banking, where she worked for Lloyds Bank for over 27 years in a variety of roles. Her last post was in business banking, however due to the office relocating she took voluntary redundancy in December 2017. In February 2018, Sarah began working at Spurgeon’s College on a casual basis as part of the GDPR project team. During this time Sarah also helped out in the finance office and was offered a permanent role as Finance Assistant following a vacancy.
Sarah is married and has three boys, which keeps her very busy! In her free time she likes going for walks with the dog and is a keen marathon runner. She is currently in training to run the London Marathon, which has always been an ambition of hers.
